These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using all services (the "Services") provided on this website and its mobile app (the "Site") operated by NDM (the "Company"), and the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Company and users.
① The Company posts these Terms on the Site where users can easily see them.
② The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (the "Network Act").
③ When amending these Terms, the Company announces the effective date and the reason on the Site from 7 days before the effective date. Amendments unfavorable to Members are announced from 30 days before the effective date and also notified individually, for example to the Member's registered email.
④ If the Company, when announcing under paragraph 3, states that a Member who does not object by the effective date will be deemed to have agreed, and the Member does not object, the Member is deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms. A Member who does not agree may terminate the service agreement.
Matters not set out in these Terms follow the service guides and operating policies posted on the Site, applicable laws, or general commercial practice. Processing of personal information follows the Privacy Policy.
① The service agreement is formed when an applicant agrees to these Terms, applies to join, and the Company accepts. When a person signs in with Integrated Login for the first time, the agreement is formed when the person reviews the Site's Terms and Privacy Policy on the KBPlatform sign-in/consent screen and consents to signing in to the Site.
② The Company may refuse, or terminate after acceptance, any application that:
③ The Company may defer acceptance if it lacks capacity or has technical problems.
① The Site uses KBPlatform Integrated Login. With one Integrated Account, a Member can sign in to this Site and the Company's other sites connected to KBPlatform. The list of connected sites is available on KBPlatform.
② On Integrated Login, KBPlatform passes the Member's ID, name, email address, email verification status, sign-up method (standard or social), membership level, points and history of consent to the KBPlatform terms to this Site. If the Site has been granted phone number permission, the mobile phone number is also passed. The Site uses this information to identify the Member and to create a member account or link an existing one; of this, it stores only the name and email address in the member account and does not store the rest. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
③ If the Site already has an account with the same email as the Integrated Account, Integrated Login links to that account. An Integrated Account whose email has not been verified cannot use Integrated Login.
④ Joining, changing information, managing the password and withdrawing from an Integrated Account are done on KBPlatform under the KBPlatform Terms of Service. If a Member withdraws from KBPlatform, the membership on connected sites may also be withdrawn.
⑤ If the ID and password of an Integrated Account leak, every connected site is affected. Members must use a password for the Integrated Account that differs from other services and keep it safe.
⑥ Integrated Login may be temporarily unavailable due to KBPlatform maintenance or failures. The Company will try to restore it quickly, and where the Site provides it, Members may sign in directly with a Site account.
Members must update their information on the Site or KBPlatform as soon as it changes. Members bear any disadvantage from failing to do so, except for damage caused by the Company's intent or negligence.
① Members manage their own IDs and passwords (including the Integrated Account) and must not let third parties use them.
② A Member who learns that the account has been stolen or used by a third party must immediately change the password and notify the Company. The Company is not liable for damage caused by failure to notify, except for damage caused by the Company's intent or negligence.
① The Company does not engage in acts prohibited by law or these Terms and strives to provide the Services stably.
② The Company maintains security measures to protect personal information and publishes and complies with its Privacy Policy.
③ The Company handles legitimate opinions and complaints from users and reports the results by email or on the Site.
Users must not:
① The Services are provided 24 hours a day, all year round, unless there are special business or technical reasons.
② The Company may change all or part of the Services as needed for operational or technical reasons, and announces significant changes on the Site in advance.
③ The Company may change or end all or part of the free Services under its policies and, unless the law provides otherwise, does not separately compensate users.
① The Company may temporarily suspend the Services for unavoidable reasons such as inspection, repair or replacement of equipment, communication failure, power outage, natural disaster or heavy traffic.
② The Company announces such suspension in advance, but may announce it afterwards if advance notice is not possible.
① The Company may send information needed to operate the Services through Site notices, email, app notifications and the like. Advertising information is sent only to Members who have agreed to receive it, and Members may opt out at any time.
② The Company may display advertisements in the Services. The Services may contain links introducing partners' products; if a user buys through such a link, the Company may receive a commission, and this is indicated on the relevant screen.
① Information on shops, products, accommodations, travel and the like in the Services is for reference; the Company organizes and displays public materials and materials provided by partners. Prices, opening hours, stock and the like may differ from reality, so users should confirm with the relevant business before use.
② A transaction a user enters into after moving to a third-party site through a link in the Services is between the user and that third party; the Company is not a party to it, and the third party is responsible for it, except for damage caused by the Company's intent or negligence.
① If a Post falls under Article 10 or any of the following, the Company may delete, move or hide it without prior notice and, if necessary, restrict the posting Member's use:
② A person whose rights are infringed by a Post may request deletion or other measures under the procedures of the Network Act, and the Company takes the measures required by law.
① Copyright in a Post belongs to the Member who wrote it, and that Member bears the legal responsibility arising from it.
② Members grant the Company a free license to display their Posts on the Company's connected sites, apps and search results for operating, improving and promoting the Services, and to edit, translate and resize them as necessary for those purposes. This license is valid while the Services are operated, and a Member may withdraw it at any time by deleting the Post or asking the Company.
③ Copyright in the Services and materials provided by the Company (design, text, images, data, etc.) belongs to the Company or the rightful owner, and users may not copy, distribute or commercially use them without the Company's permission.
① Members may terminate the service agreement at any time through the Site's withdrawal menu or by asking the Company, and the Company processes it promptly as required by law.
② Withdrawing only from the Site leaves the KBPlatform Integrated Account in place. To remove the Integrated Account as well, withdraw on KBPlatform; the membership on connected sites may then also be withdrawn.
③ Upon withdrawal, member information is deleted or made unidentifiable under the Privacy Policy. Posts shared with others, such as those with other users' comments, may not be deleted, so Members should delete any Posts they want removed before withdrawing.
① If a Member violates these Terms, the Company may restrict use of the Services by warning, deleting Posts, temporary suspension, termination of the agreement and the like, depending on the severity.
② The Company notifies the Member of the reason and period of any restriction, but in urgent cases, such as serious disruption of operations, may restrict first and notify afterwards.
③ A Member may object to a restriction, and the Company lifts it promptly if the objection is justified.
The Company may separately store or clean up the accounts of Members who have not signed in for one year or more, in accordance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy, after notifying them in advance.
① If the Company or a user causes damage to the other by violating these Terms, it compensates for that damage.
② If the Company receives a claim, lawsuit or the like from a third party because a user violated laws or these Terms, the user must hold the Company harmless at the user's own responsibility and expense and compensate the Company for its damage.
① The Company is not liable when it cannot provide the Services for reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, suspension by telecommunications carriers or hacking, unless it failed to take the necessary protective measures.
② The Company is not liable for service disruptions attributable to the user.
③ The Company is not liable for the accuracy or reliability of Posts by users, information provided by third parties, or third-party products and services introduced in the Services, or for damage arising from them, unless the Company knew or could have known that the information was wrong and failed to take necessary measures.
④ The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising through the Services between users or between users and third parties, and is not liable for damage arising from them.
⑤ The Company is not liable for damage related to the use of free Services unless caused by the Company's intent or gross negligence.
⑥ Nothing in this Article applies where applicable law provides that the Company's liability cannot be limited.
① The Company and users will consult in good faith to resolve disputes regarding the Services amicably.
② These Terms and the use of the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
③ If a lawsuit is filed because consultation fails, it is heard by the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act of Korea.
① These Terms apply from October 29, 2026. However, Article 16(2) and Article 20(2), which have changed to the disadvantage of Members compared to the previous Terms, apply from November 21, 2026.
② The previous Terms (effective August 18, 2026) are replaced by these Terms.
